The Golden State Warriors will closely monitor Bradley Beal’s actions this summer, reports The Athletic’s Marcus Thompson II.

According to Thompson, if the Washington Wizards star becomes available, he will be at the top of the Warriors' offseason wishlist.

The Warriors core - Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green told the management that they want to win another championship.

However, Beal is yet to say he wants to leave the Wizards. So far, he has confirmed multiple times his unwillingness to demand a trade.

Beal still has two years left on his contract, worth $71.8 million, including a 2022-23 season player option.

Thompson adds that if trade between the Warriors and the Wizards were to happen, Andrew Wiggins would definitely be included to match salaries. Canadian wing also has two years remaining on his contract and is owed $65.2 million.

Last season, Beal averaged 31.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 4.4 assists.
