The American center came to Patras last December, in the middle of the season, and registered some very good performances. He played in 27 games, averaging 21.7 minutes per game, having the role of the starting center. Over that span, he was consistent in scoring with an average of 11.6 points, as well as in the rebounding department, collecting 5.4 boards per game.

The 32-year-old brother of Jerian and Jerami Grant played at Clemson University (NCAA) from 2007 to 2011, averaging 12.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 1 steal, and 2.3 blocks in his senior year. He started his professional career in Australia with the Sydney Kings (2011-12), and then came to Europe, where he played for Italian Enel Brindisi (2012-13) and Israeli Hapoel Holon (2013). In December 2013 he went to Latvia, where he won the championship with BK Ventspils in 2014. Grant stayed there until 2015.

The next two years (2015-17) found him in Lithuania and Neptunas Klaipeda, playing in EuroCup and BCL and occupying 2nd and 4th place in the domestic league with 8.9 points and almost 6 rebounds on average. For the 2017-18 season, he returned to Italy for Orasi Ravenna Basket and in May 2018 he went to Venezuela, to Trotamundos de Carabobo. The following season he returned to Lithuania and Neptunas, taking 3rd place in the league and reaching the "16" of the BCL.

During the 2019-20 season, he played initially in the French SIG Strasbourg (with 8.8 points and 5.2 rebounds), while in December 2019 he came to Greece and AEK Athens, with whom he won the Greek Cup in February 2020. After the suspension of the leagues due to the COVID-19 pandemic in May 2020 he went to Maccabi Haifa, while in August 2020 he signed with Manama Club in Bahrain, which was also his last stop before coming back to Greece for Promitheas.
