Hosts of Basketball Champions League qualifiers announced / News - Basketnews.com
32 teams will compete in next season's Basketball Champions League. 28 of them already have a guaranteed spot in the Regular Season, while the other four will emerge from the Qualification Rounds.
The league revealed four teams that will host four qualification tournaments. BC Kalev/Cramo, De'Longhi Treviso, Peristeri, and Levski Lukoil will welcome the other teams to their home gyms.
The Qualification Round Tournament No. 1.: Peristeri (Greece) and will include Fribourg Olympic (Switzerland), Petrolina AEK Larnaca (Cyprus), Salon Vilpas (Finland), Split (Croatia), and U-BT Cluj Napoca (Romania).
The Qualification Round Tournament No. 2: De’Longhi Treviso (Italy), Bakken Bears (Denmark), Belfius Mons-Hainaut (Belgium), London Lions (Great Britain), Tsmoki-Minsk (Belarus), and ZZ Leiden (Netherlands).
The Qualification Round Tournament No. 3: BC Kalev/Cramo (Estonia), Brose Bamberg (Germany), Juventus Utena (Lithuania), Kapfenberg Bulls (Austria), Mornar Bar (Montenegro), and Sporting CP (Portugal).
The Qualification Round Tournament No. 4: Levski Lukoil (Bulgaria), Hapoel Yossi Avrahami Eilat (Israel), Le Mans Sarthe Basket (France), Opava (Czech Republic), Parma Perm (Russia), and Prometey Kamianske (Ukraine).
The first three tournaments will take place from September 13 to 17, while the fourth one will be underway from September 14 to 18.
