The Philadelphia 76ers signed two-time All-Star center Andre Drummond and their first-round draft pick Jaden Springer to contracts on Wednesday.

As for Springer, his draft slot calls for four years and $8.7 million.
"Andre is a great addition to the 76ers family. He is a two-time NBA All-Star who has consistently been one of the NBA's very best rebounders and rim protectors," 76ers president of basketball operations Daryl Morey said. "We're excited to add a veteran player of his caliber to our roster and look forward to the impact he'll make this season."
Drummond, who turns 28 next week, averaged 14.9 points and 12.0 rebounds in 46 games (all starts) last season split between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Lakers.
He has averaged 14.5 points and 13.7 rebounds in 645 career games (594 starts) with the Detroit Pistons, Cavaliers, and Lakers. Drummond, who was an All-Star in 2016 and 2018, was selected by the Pistons with the ninth overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.
Springer, the No. 28 overall pick in last week's NBA draft, played one season at Tennessee, averaging 12.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. His father, Gary Springer, was selected by the 76ers in the 1984 draft.
