Luka Doncic is set to re-sign with the Dallas Mavericks after the Tokyo Olympics come to a close. The Slovenian Wonderboy will sign a five-year, $207 million extension.

After last NBA season concluded, Luka was asked if he intends to agree to a new deal with the Mavericks, to which he responded with: "I think you know the answer."
Doncic will sign the biggest contract in the Mavs' 41-year-long history. The current biggest deal is the one Kristaps Porzingis received in 2019. It's a five-year, $158 million contract with a player option for the fifth season.
The 2019 NBA Rookie of the Year averaged 27.7 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 7.7 assists over 34.3 minutes last season. He is currently averaging 24.2 points, 10.0 rebounds, 10.0 assists, and 28.8 PIR at the Tokyo Olympics.
Slovenia will take on Australia in the bronze medal game tomorrow at 14:00 EEST.
