NBA Summer League started on Sunday in Las Vegas. Among the most interesting showings were also players with European ties.

Houston Rockets - Cleveland Cavaliers 84-76

No. 16 pick of the draft, Alperen Sengun brought the most splash on day 1 of summer action. The big man from Turkey started the game, played 27 minutes, and had 15 points, 15 points, and 4 blocks.

No. 2 overall pick, Jalen Green led all scorers with 23 points in 30 minutes of playing time.

Spain's Usman Garuba (23rd pick in the draft) did not play.

Oklahoma City Thunder - Detroit Pistons 76-72

The top pick in this year's NBA Draft did not lead his team to win but showed great skills. Cade Cunningham played 26 minutes and had 12 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals.

Toronto Raptors - New York Knicks 89-79

Toronto's recently signed Ishmail Wainright started the game and contributed with 10 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists in 23 minutes of floor time.

New York's Luca Vildoza did not have a great showing. The Argentinian point guard played 8 minutes but left scoreless (0/3 3 PT) and with a minus 6 rating.

The 34th overall pick in the draft, Rokas Jokubaitis, did not play.

Portland Trail Blazers - Charlotte Hornets 93-86

Emmanuel Mudiay who was rumored to sign with EuroLeague's Zalgiris Kaunas had 4 points and 9 assists in a win.

Charlotte's Arnoldas Kulboka played 17 mins, was plus 18 (highest on the team), and contributed with 3 points and 3 rebounds.
