EuroCup champions and next season's EuroLeague newcomers AS Monaco have parted ways with one of their leaders from last year.

Marcos Knight

Despite re-signing Marcos Knight to a one-year contract back in July, his contract was terminated because Knight failed to arrive at the team's first training session. The reasons for his no-show were not disclosed.

The 31-year-old averaged 13.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.1 steals over 26.9 minutes in the EuroCup last year.

In the French LNB Pro A, the 1.88 m guard accumulated 11.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.3 assists.

Knight represented Ludwigsburg MHP Riesen (Germany), Afyon Belediyespor (Turkey), and Casademont Zaragoza (Spain) before signing with Monaco.
