Panathinaikos OPAP Athens played a friendly game at home against Apollon Patras. The Greek champions escaped with a narrow two-point victory 78-76 (22-23, 20-15, 12-17, 24-21).
Apollon were up by six points with two minutes left in the game, but Panathinaikos help up and managed to tie the game.
With the score tied at 76 and four seconds left in the fourth quarter, Leonidas Kaselakis stood at the free-throw line for two shots. The veteran forward made both shots giving his team a lead.
After the timeout, the Patras team couldn't inbound the ball and the following turnover sealed the victory for the Panathinaikos.
