After leading for most of the game, ALBA Berlin lost their last matchup of the Frutti Extra Cup tournament, falling to Pitkim Spor 89-90 (27-24, 23-23, 21-20, 18-23). The German champions finished their pre-season with a 3-3 record.

In the first half, both teams played an up-tempo game, filled with fast-break opportunities and turnovers. ALBA build an 8-point lead thanks to two straight 3-point shots.

However, the Turkish squad hung around and went into halftime with a score of 50-47 after two free throws by Justin Wright-Foreman with 3 seconds left in the second quarter.

The third quarter started with two more free throws from Wright-Foreman and the Turkish team went on a 6-0 run to take the lead with 6:14 to play (55-54). But the Germans righted the ship, reclaimed the lead, and won the quarter by one point.

In the final quarter, the score remained close. With four seconds to go and ALBA down by two points, Jonas Mattisseck drew a foul and went to the free-throw line. However, young German managed to hit only one, leading to Berlin's loss.

Luke Sikma wasn't registered for the game for ALBA.
