Colson, reigning FIBA Basketball Champions League with French side SIG Strasbourg, was impressive on the offensive end. Thanks to him, the 2021 BCL finalists managed to get a 20-point lead at halftime (51-31) and reach their second domestic win, a few days before they embark on their international journey with a view to bringing the trophy to Turkey.

The 25-year-old forward, who contested 8 NBA games with the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2018-19 season averaging 4.9 points and 3.8 rebounds, is widely considered as one of the best non-EuroLeague players currently making a living in the Old Continent. Colson averaged 18.2 points and 6.2 rebounds last season. With him dominating, Strasbourg made a deep run to the BCL semi-finals, eliminating title favorites Lenovo Tenerife.

Besides, last Friday (October 1) Pinar Karsiyaka announced the arrival of former Maccabi Tel Aviv and AX Armani Exchange Milan guard-forward Michael Roll. The Turskish side will compete in Group B of the BCL. They will go up against Arged Bmslam Stal, Baxi Manresa and Hapoel Jerusalem.
