The Los Angeles Lakers played their first pre-season game with LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Russell Westbrook, and Carmelo Anthony in the lineup. However, that wasn't enough to win against the Golden State Warriors.

The Warriors were without Steph Curry or Draymond Green, but that didn't prevent them from taking down the Lakers on the road 111-99 (24-32, 29-23, 32-29, 26-15).

Jordan Poole was the high-scorer for the Warriors, finishing with 18 points. Otto Porter Jr. and Damion Lee added 16 points each.

Anthony Davis played the most minutes out of all the players tonight, finishing with 20 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks in over 30 minutes.

LeBron James added 17 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals in 26 minutes. Carmelo Anthony supplied 13 points and 5 rebounds, while Russell Westbrook had 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists.

This was the fifth straight loss for the Lakers during the pre-season. They will face the Sacramento Kings on Thursday.
