Shegelia's performance index rating of 37 tied his career-high after 187 EuroLeague games, and his 33 points and 10 two-pointers made were personal bests, too.

He made 10 of his 16 two-point attempts, 2 of 4 three-pointers, and 7 of 11 free throws while drawing 7 fouls and collecting 8 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. This is the sixth MVP of the Round honor of Shengelia's career.

He's the first player to win back-to-back honors since Shane Larkin of Anadolu Efes Istanbul did it an unprecedented four times in a row in January of 2020.

Mike James of AS Monaco followed with a PIR of 34 despite his team losing at Real Madrid, 94-86. James combined 24 points with 10 assists, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals.

Maodo Lo of ALBA Berlin was next with a PIR of 27 based on his 21 points, 5 assists, 2 rebounds, and 2 steals in an 84-70 home win over Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul.

Wrapping up the list of Round 3 top performers were two players from that same game, Fenerbahce guard Nando De Colo and ALBA forward Oscar Da Silva, each with PIRs of 26. In only his second appearance in the competition, Da Silva posted 22 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals, while De Colo had 15 points, 8 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals.

Individual leaders: Nick Calathes, 13 rebounds

Shengelia's 33 points were the most scored by any EuroLeague player this season. Reigning EuroLeague MVP Vasilije Micic of Anadolu Efes Istanbul has the highest overall average to date with 21.7 points per game.

Nick Calathes of FC Barcelona had Round 3's highest rebounds total with 13, his personal high in 255 career games.

Luke Sikma of ALBA Berlin is the overall rebounding leader with 9.0 per game.

Mike James of Monaco and Elie Okobo of LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne led all players this round with 10 assists.

Shane Larkin of Anadolu Efes Istanbul leads everyone with 6.3 assists per game to date.

Okobo also led Round 3 with 4 steals.

Oscar Da Silva of ALBA leads the steals charts, averaging 2.5 steals.

Two players had 2 blocked shots in Round 3, Konstantinos Mitoglou of AX Armani Exchange Milan and Jarrell Brantley of UNICS Kazan.

Walter Tavares of Real Madrid and Sertac Sanli of Barcelona both have averages of 2.0 blocks to lead the EuroLeague.
