DeVaughn Akoon-Purcell scored 27 points and Dee Bost produced a rare triple-double, leading Galatasaray to a 92-85 (27-17, 18-24, 26-21, 21-13) road win over Turkish champions Anadolu Efes.

With this result, both teams stand at 3-2. Karsiyaka, Fenerbahce and Tofas lead the table at 4-1. DeVaughn Akoon Purcell was the top scorer with 27 points while Melo Trimble added 22 points for the yellow-reds.
