Partizan NIS Belgrade have been sanctioned by the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal with two bans that were imposed on the Serbian powerhouse on October 15.

“It is true, there are two active cases on which an agreement has already been reached and the ban will be lifted soon,” said Mijailovic. "We sent BAT’s final approval regarding the payment of these claims due to which the ban still remains.
In any case, there's nothing happening that should disturb anyone who loves Partizan or make happy those who do not love our club. We know that the goal was to show that things were not good at Partizan," were the words of Mijailovic.
Partizan's boss didn't specify when the ban is expected to be lifted, but it is possible the BAT decision was the reason why Partizan did not bring the signings that fans had long hoped for, but also the team’s sports director Zoran Savic, had announced.
