Greek side Promitheas Patras (1-3) got their first win of the season against Bursaspor (2-2) in a nail-biting game that ended just after one overtime 83-80 (12-19, 18-21, 21-13, 17-15, 15-12).

Kendrick Ray and Jerai Grant led the way for Promitheas in the overtime, extending Patras' lead to seven points (80-73). With a five-point run, though, Bursaspor cut down the lead to just two points (78-80), but in the final twenty seconds Patras sealed the game from the free-throw line and conquered the first win of the season (83-80)

With 6:48 left on the clock, Patras regained the lead thanks to a Charis Giannopoulos three-pointer (60-58). After extending his lead to 9 points (68-59), Patras saw Bursaspor coming back in the final minutes with a 9-0 run that ended up with the Metin Turen's basket that forced the overtime (68-68)

Promitheas, though, started to fight back in the second half. Despite starting the third quarter slow, the Greek club was able to cut down the lead to just two points at the end of the third, thanks to Dimitris Agravanis' three-pointer (51-53)

In the second quarter, Bursaspor extended the lead to 10 points with a Needham three-pointer (24-14). The Turkish side even reached a 14-point lead with Andrews free-throws (33-19) and finished the first half up by 12 points (28-40)

The Turkish side started well the game and finished the first quarter up by 7 points, behind the performance of Allerik Freeman, who had 7 points in the first 10 minutes.
