Having won 5 games in a row in the Euroleague, Real Madrid may see an even brighter future in the upcoming days. The team hopes to have Anthony Randolph and Trey Thompkins on the court in the next home match against Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv.

After rupturing his Achilles on December 18th last year, Randolph has been slowly making a comeback to the highest level of European basketball.

Meanwhile, Thompkins has played his last game for the Spanish side on May 9th against Valencia Basket in the ACB, and he's been out due to a left knee injury.

According to head coach Pablo Laso, the two are mostly ready to play but the difficulty of the schedule is a concern.

"If you see them training, you think they are here to play. They can enter any day from tomorrow. I do not rule them out for tomorrow, although logically they are not ready for 30 minutes yet," the coach noted. "We are going to see the calendar and choose when it is the best moment to give them entry."

Real Madrid face a tough upcoming schedule both in the Euroleague and in the ACB. Laso was optimistic about the challenge.

"It is a complicated month, but it is not decisive. We can lose all the games in December and still win the Copa del Rey, the Euroleague, and the Endesa League."

Carlos Alocen came back to practice on Monday but reinjured his foot during the session. The Spanish guard is expected to miss around two weeks.
