Chris Duarte scored a game-high 23 points while going 9-for-11 from the field for the Pacers, who have won two straight following a four-game losing streak. Sabonis, who has 20 double-doubles this season, was 7-for-8 from the field.

The Pacers' three other starters all scored in double figures, with Myles Turner finishing with 22 points, Malcolm Brogdon 16 and Caris LeVert 15.

The Knicks scored the first four points of the game before Brogdon scored six points in a 12-0 run that gave the Pacers the lead for good. New York pulled within one at 17-16 following an 8-0 run but Indiana ended the quarter with a 36-29 lead.

The Pacers opened the second with a dunk by Turner and a layup by LeVert to take their first double-digit lead. The Knicks responded with an 8-2 run, but Indiana called timeout before scoring the next eight points to go ahead 50-37 and twice led by 17 before ending the half with a 70-57 lead.

The Pacers opened the third quarter with another surge, this one a 10-0 run, to take a 23-point lead fewer than three minutes into the half. The Knicks scored the next nine points but got no closer the rest of the way. New York twice got within 15 points in the fourth quarter but Turner scored five points in a 12-0 run that gave Indiana its biggest lead at 120-93.
