After losing Shavon Shields with a hand injury, AX Armani Exchange Milan are hit with another blow. According to the club's official statement, Luigi Datome and Sergio Rodriguez are expected to miss some time due to injuries.

The club reports that Datome has suffered a right thigh adductor injury, which should sideline the forward for four weeks. He will then be re-evaluated to determine if he's eligible to come back.

Rodriguez, meanwhile, reported a recurrence of plantar fasciitis in his left foot after the match against Real Madrid on Thursday, which will require periodic therapeutic treatment. The player will be re-evaluated in the coming days.

Both players are key parts of the team. Rodriguez is averaging 8.5 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 4.9 assists for 9.8 PIR in the Euroleague, while Datome is averaging 7.3 points and 1.5 rebounds per game.

AX Armani Exchange Milan are travelling to Kaunas for their next Euroleague game against Zalgiris Kaunas, where they will look for a bounce-back win after losing against Real Madrid during the previous game week.
