EuroLeague injury report: boost for Monaco and injury crisis in Real / News - Basketnews.com

Euroleague.net presents the latest information on injuries, absences, and returnees for Round 17 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season.

The Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season Round 17 game between Zalgiris Kaunas and AX Armani Exchange Milan, originally scheduled to be played on Wednesday, December 22, has been suspended.

ALBA Berlin

Luke Sikma returned to action in the German League this weekend. Christ Koumadje missed the last EuroLeague and domestic games. His status is uncertain. After missing a couple of EuroLeague games, Jaleen Smith is back. Louis Olinde will not play against AS Monaco due to injury.

Anadolu Efes Istanbul

Dogus Balbay, who was out in the last six EuroLeague games, will miss Round 17.

AS Monaco

Paris Lee is traveling with the team and will be available. Jerry Boutsiele (hand), and Leo Westermann (abductor) are unavailable. Rob Gray will not be available in Round 17.

Bitci Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz

Alec Peters is recovering from back surgery and is questionable in Round 17. Sander Raieste remains sidelined Tadas Sedekerskis, Arturs Kurucs, and Rokas Giedraitis are not traveling to Munich due to flu, the club informed.

Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade

Aaron White is finally back with the team for good, and he is expected to play. Dejan Davidovac is out with an ankle injury and Ognjen Dobric will be a game-time decision.

FC Barcelona

Cory Higgins (low back pain) missed his team's last six EuroLeague games. Alex Abrines is sidelined long-term due to a knee injury. Nick Calathes is due out until the new year with a fractured left leg. Nigel Hayes-Davis is out due to COVID-19 protocols. Sergi Martinez missed Round 16 due to a sprained ankle and is not expected to play against UNICS.

FC Bayern Munich

Darrun Hilliard is out of action with a knee injury. Leon Radosevic remains sidelined long-term. Paul Zipser remains sidelined long-term.

Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul

Danilo Barthel remains out with a knee injury. Marial Shayok missed his team's last four games. His status is uncertain. Fenerbahce signed big man Jehyve Floyd. Devin Booker and Ahmey Duverioglu are sidelined.

LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne

Raymar Morgan remains sidelined. David Lighty is expected to miss four more weeks with a hand injury. Victor Wembanyama is out for at least four weeks due to a shoulder injury.

Olympiacos Piraeus

Quincy Acy is sidelined due to a knee injury. His status is uncertain.

Panathinaikos OPAP Athens

Nemanja Nedovic returned to action in Round 16. Jehyve Floyd left the team and joined Fenerbahce.

Real Madrid

Alberto Abalde and Carlos Alocen will miss this Round 17 game. Trey Thompkins is questionable Vincent Poirier, Fabien Causeur, Thomas Heurtel, Anthony Randolph, Guerschon Yabusele, Juan Núñez and head coach Pablo Laso are out due to COVID-19.

Zenit St Petersburg
