The EuroLeague Regular Season Round 19 games ALBA Berlin vs. Panathinaikos OPAP Athens, Anadolu Efes Istanbul vs. FC Bayern Munich and Zalgiris Kaunas vs. Olympiacos Piraeus, originally scheduled to be played on Thursday, January 6, and Friday, January 7, have been suspended, the EuroLeague announced today.

Panathinaikos have announced four cases among their members since last Thursday afternoon. Eight players and three staff members have been infected, raising the total number to 11. The Greens had their Round 18 game against Zalgiris Kaunas also suspended.
At Olympiacos's camp, things are even worse. Nine players and two staff members have tested positive. The Reds didn't play their home game vs. CSKA Moscow last Wednesday due to a lack of players.
Finally, Anadolu Efes reported seven infections on players and another one on a member of staff on January 1. This is the first EuroLeague contest to be postponed for the reigning champs this season.
Following the Special Regulations due to COVID-19, approved by the ECA Shareholders Executive Board, each game can be rescheduled up to three times, if there are available dates. Euroleague Basketball will coordinate with the affected teams the best options to reschedule the games.
Alternative dates will be announced in the following days.
