Partizan Belgrade president Ostoja Mijailovic expressed concern for the change of arena that his team will be forced to do. Partizan, that usually play his home games at the Stark Arena, will be forced to move to Pionir Hall until March 20.

The World Athletics Indoor Championships will take place at the Stark Arena from March 18 to March 20 but Partizan will be forced to leave their arena immediately to let the organizers arrange the venue for the event.

In a statement, president Mijailovic said that his club might lose up to one million euros due to this situation.

"I'm worried. If we consider that most of the key games take place into the second part of the season, I'm sure that the Stark Arena would have had more than 10.000 spectators in each game for the next three months", Mijailovic said.

"According to our estimates", Mijailovic continued. "Leaving the arena will cost our club around one million euros. That's a huge amount of money for our club, I don't know if we'll be able to cover that sum at the box office".

But Mijailovic isn't concerned only with the financial situation but also about the habits of the team. "The team is used to the Stark Arena, we have our continuity there, every chance can disrupt the atmosphere".
