The whole game went neck-on-neck. Malcolm Delaney nailed a crucial trey to give his team a 4-point lead (76-72) with 17 seconds to go. However, Matteo Tambone answered with a triple on his own to cut the deficit to just 1 point (75-76).

Devon Hall was fouled but managed to convert only one shot from the line (77-75) while David Moretti tied the game at 77, draining both free throws, with 1 second left. Malcolm Delaney could win the game for his squad but his two-point shot was off the mark. Teams went into overtime.

Both clubs were struggling to score at the start of the additional 5 minutes. Nevertheless, crucial baskets by Carlos Delfino, Tyler Larson, and Matteo Tambone gave their team a hard-fought W.

Tyrique Jones posted a strong double-double for Pesaro, registering 14 points, 14 rebounds, and 29 PIR.

Devon Hall led the route for Milan, accumulating 15 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 15 PIR.
