Zalgiris head coach Jure Zdovc had cold symptoms earlier in the week but received two negative COVID-19 tests and returned to lead the team’s practices back on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, it was announced that Josh Nebo also contracted Covid-19, so he won’t be available as well. Janis Strelnieks and Joffrey Lauvergne remain sidelined with injuries.
Mantas Kalnietis injured his ankle in the game against Rytas Vilnius on Sunday and missed several practices, but he is traveling with the team and is looking forward to the upcoming game.
The available roster spots will be filled with two youngsters: 18-year-old point guard Titas Sargiunas and 17-year-old center Motiejus Krivas.
