FC Bayern Munich showed their trust in general manager Marko Pesic.

The German club officially announced that Pesic signed a new deal, which will run through the summer of 2025.

"I would like to thank the entire presidium around Mr. Hainer for the great trust,” Pesic said in the press release. “It's no secret that this club and the development of FC Bayern Basketball are an affair of the heart for me. It's good to know that the association continues to be so loyal and determined behind this exciting project.”

“Without our employees in the Audi Dome, it would not have been possible to get to where we are now.But we still have a lot of goals in mind and I'm looking forward to continuing along this path," he added.

Pesic started his journey at Bayern in 2011 when he was hired as a sports director and the Bavarian club returned to first Germany’s basketball division.

Since then, Bayern came a long way, including the long-term EuroLeague A license which was received before the beginning of this season.
