The whole game went back-and-forth, so the winner was decided in the overtime. The duel was tied at 75 with 33 seconds left in the fourth. Mario Hezonja made a driving layup and put UNICS in front by two (77-75) with 10 seconds to play.

However, Marius Grigonis transferred the game into overtime, nailing both shots from the charity stripe (77-77). Mario Hezonja had a chance but his shot was off the mark.

Mario Hezonja missed another potential game-winner. Both Russian powerhouses went into the second overtime.

CSKA were forced to rescue themselves again, having a two-point deficit with 42 seconds remaining in the second OT.

Daniel Hackett followed the path by Grigonis, draining clutch free throws to earn the third overtime. Even though, both squads had an opportunity to win the game, Andrey Vorontsevich and Iffe Lundberg did not use it.

After Mario Hezonja's bucket, the match was tied at 103 with 58 seconds to play in the third overtime.

Both squads exchanged with inefficient attacks, while O.J. Mayo came for the rescue for UNICS. Former NBAer sank a game-winning fade-away jumper at the buzzer.
