The Dallas Mavericks have traded Latvian forward Kristaps Porzingis to the Washington Wizards in exchange for Spencer Dinwiddie and Davis Bertans.

The Mavericks will also send a second-round pick in the deal to Washington. Porzingis was rumored to be on the trade block in the last few weeks and now will find a new home in Washington.

Both Bertans and Porzingis are members of the Latvian NT. Porzingis is averaging 19.2 points and 7.7 rebounds per game, while Bertans is averaging only 5.7 points per game this season, adding 1.8 rebounds.

Spencer Dinwiddie, on the other hand, is putting up the following numbers: 12.6 points, 5.8 assists, and 4.7 rebounds per game.
