Panathinaikos OPAP Athens (6-17) extended the losing streak of LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne(9-16) to five in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague by defeating them on the road 76-63 (23-15, 23-17, 13-21, 17-10).

The hosts came within two points at the start of the fourth, but Okaro White helped PAO extend their lead to nine (68-59). He scored nine points in the fourth, finishing his EuroLeague career-high and helping Panathinaikos to a 13-point victory.

"We came here with a purpose," Papagiannis said. "We had to take an away win, and we did today. I'm really proud of our effort today, our energy, and we are going back home with a boosted mind. [Getting the first win on the road this season] was really important for our psychology, for sure. We are really happy for it and we want to continue from it."
Nemanja Nedovic had 18 points (2/8 2PT, 4/10 3PT), 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, 3 turnovers, and 15 PIR. On the opposing side, Dylan Osetkowski led ASVEL with 18 points (3/3 2PT, 4/4 3PT), 5 rebounds, 1 turnover, and 23 PIR in 18.8 minutes of play.
Panathinaikos started strong right off the bat, gaining a commanding 19-7 advantage in the first quarter. Chris Jones and Dylan Osetkowski helped ASVEL cut their deficit to three (20-23).
However, Panathinaikos went on another run. They outscored ASVEL 11-2, led by Nemanja Nedovic who had 15 points in the first half. His team was up by 14 going into halftime (46-32). Victor Wembanyama scored five consecutive points in the third, and ASVEL mounted a 12-2 to come within five (48-53).
