Veteran big man Kyle Hines is in the last year of his contract with Armani Exchange but, as he revealed to La Gazzetta dello Sport, he has no intention to leave the club anytime soon.

"My contract will expire this summer but we're gonna sit down with the club soon to talk about a new contract", Hines said to the Italian newspaper. "For sure I want to keep working with Ettore Messina, I came here because Ettore is on the bench".

More than a decade ago, Hines started his professional career in Italy, in the second division's team Veroli, playing for coach Andrea Trinchieri. So for the veteran big man makes perfect to end his journey back in Italy.

"For me, Olimpia Milan is like the perfect closing for my career. I've started my professional journey here in Italy and I hope that I can finish my career here", Hines added.

Coach Ettore Messina is also in the final year of his contract, despite the fact that there's an option to extend it for another season, but the head coach and the Italian side are already discussing the possibility of extending their partnership with a new contract, sources told Basketnews.
