Partizan organized an 8-0 spurt at the end of the first half and ran away from their opponents by 9 points (48-39).

Zeljko Obradovic's team continued their successful play in the third quarter and eventually gained a 16-point advantage (67-51). Seemed that Partizan had a firm game control in their hands but Beograd made a late 9-0 comeback (89-91). Nevertheless, Partizan made one free throw and finished the game victoriously.

However, victory left a bitter taste, as Alen Smailagic hurt his leg badly and headed straight to the locker room with the help of Partizan staff early in the game.

Kevin Punter put on a show for the winners, registering 29 points (3/6 2PT, 4/11 3PT, 11/11 FT), 3 rebounds, and 4 assists.

Partizan: Kevin Punter 29 (4 AST), Dallas Moore 17 (4 AST), Zach LeDay 14, Balsa Koprivica 11 (6 REB).

FMP Beograd: Bryce Jones 29 (13 AST), Danilo Tasic 17 (4 AST), Nenad Nerandzic 13 (6 REB).
