The New York Knicks member was in Granada last weekend to watch their draftee Rokas Jokubaitis.

"A member from the Knicks delegation came to see mee during the Cup," Jokubaitis revealed to Toni Canyameras of Mundo Deportivo. "I've seen him, and we texted each other. Maybe they will come to see me later, in March or April, I don't know."

"I want to get everything out of Europe and to be as much prepared as possible for the NBA," he added.

21-year-old Lithuanian, who was selected with the 34th pick, also added that he follows the Knicks closely.

"I'm watching their games whenever I get the chance. The schedule doesn't allow it all the time. I follow them, and I know what's going on. I keep in touch with some players I've played with in the Summer League. I know what's happening in the team," Jokubaitis said.

During the Copa del Rey tournament, Jokubaitis averaged 8.7 points, 4.3 assists, and 11.3 PIR.

He had a spectacular display in the final against Real Madrid, scoring 9 points in the fourth quarter, inspiring Barcelona to the decisive push in the middle of the period.

The Lithuanian point guard has a contract with Barcelona until the summer of 2025.
