Lithuania gained an eight-point lead with under four minutes remaining (74-66), but the hosts responded with six unanswered points, cutting their deficit to two (72-74).

However, Lithuania finally scored after a four-minute drought, as Olisevicius nailed a clutch 3-pointer with 15 seconds to go. Aleksandar Lazic converted a last-second 3-pointer to cut the Bosnian deficit to one, but there wasn't enough time for any additional play, as Lithuania walked away with a one-point victory.

Olisevicius led Lithuania with 18 points (3/5 2PT, 4/8 3PT), 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 turnovers, and 13 PIR.

Miraelm Halilovic was the best player for Bosnia and Herzegovina, finishing with 20 points (9/12 2PT, 2/3 FT), 3 rebounds, 2 blocks, 1 steal, 1 turnover, and 21 PIR. However, he suffered an ankle injury in the fourth period and didn't return.

Dzanan Musa added 14 points (3/7 2PT, 1/3 3PT, 5/6 FT), 6 assists, 3 rebounds, 1 steal, 5 turnovers, and 12 PIR.

Lithuania: Osvaldas Olisevicius 18, Martynas Echodas 13, Margiris Normantas 9, Arnas Butkevicius 8 (7 REB), Tomas Dimsa 8, Laurynas Birutis 7.
