Satoransky returns to the Wizards where he played three seasons through 2018. Washington has minutes to offer Satoransky in their backcourt for the rest of the season.
Two weeks ago, the Czech international headed to the Spurs from the New Orleans Pelicans.
A 30-year-old in his sixth NBA season, Satoransky appeared in 32 games for the Pelicans this season, averaging 2.8 points in 15 minutes per contest.
Satoransky made one appearance for San Antonio, scoring three points in nine minutes in Friday night's 157-153 double-overtime win at Washington.
A second-round draft pick by the Wizards in 2012, the Czech Republic native has career averages of 7.0 points, 4.0 assists and 2.9 rebounds in 366 games (172 starts) with the Wizards, Chicago Bulls, Pelicans and Spurs.
