After the game, JV discussed the team's decision to wear yellow socks in support of Ukraine. Moreover, he sent a message to the Ukrainian people, who are suffering from the outgoing war.

"It is tough to talk about that topic because abnormal things are going on there," said the center. "As we talked about last time, it is a big mess. We just trying to bring more attention. The enemy is still out there, innocent people still dying.

The whole world is talking about sanctions, support, prayers but something else has to be done because the war is still going on. So, all world got to see this. It is hard to talk about this topic but attention has to be brought to Ukrainian people."

The 29-year-old also admitted that the whole last week has been difficult psychologically, as thoughts always bring to Ukraine.

"It was tough 7 days. Every time looking at the phone and seeing what's happening out there. The scenery is shocking. I do not know what to say..." JV had a hard time collecting words.
