Euroleague side Armani Exchange Milan (17-2) went on the road against Derthona Basket (10-10) in a rematch of the final of the Italian Cup and coach Messina's side prevailed with the final score of 81-64 (19-22, 21-15, 23-14, 18-13).

Armani Exchange maintained their lead also in the final quarter, denying every possibility of a comeback for Derthona.
