"My favorite part of working out is that when I know, I get a good pump on the biceps," Shaq revealed. "My arms are looking really good and really young. Right now, I'm at 75 percent, so I'm about to turn it up."
O'Neal said that he's not a big fan of cardio.
"My least favorite part of working out is if I have to run on the treadmill. I can't run anymore. It's so sad. I used to be the greatest athlete ever, and now I have to walk on a treadmill. It's so embarrassing," he added.
Shaq also revealed that he wasn't upset about the way his career has ended.
"I got an Achilles injury that ended my career. I was happy because at that point of my career, I didn't feel right taking the people's money," O'Neal said.
Finally, O'Neal shared his favorite dishes, admitting that his diet habits changed drastically since his playing days.
"When I retired, my go-to meal now is salmon. I like salmon; I get some lemon and spray it on there to give some flavor. Go-to breakfast is four scrambled eggs with cheese and two turkey sausages. For lunch, I eat fish, chicken, or meatloaf," he said.
"Why would I cook?" Shaq answered after being asked if he makes the food by himself. "I'm trying to perfect popcorn. I can't. I put it in the microwave, and it gets burnt. My cousin puts it in the microwave, and it's all buttery."
