Former Knicks legend Charles Oakley, who also spent three seasons with the Chicago Bulls and played with Michael Jordan, was interviewed by Shannon Sharpe and talked about the strained relationship between Jordan and his former teammate Scottie Pippen.

Pippen recently published a book in which he criticized Jordan multiple times and has often claimed that the picture that was painted of him during the documentary 'The Last Dance' was unfair.

During the interview with Shannon Sharpe, Oakley expressed his thoughts and said that he believes Jordan could've won even without Scottie Pippen's help.

"In sports, you have a lot of guys playing together for many years, but they don't do that for friendship, they do it for winning championships and for the love of the game," Oakley explained. "But I think between Michael and Scottie, it goes beyond The Last Dance, it was something else. Personally, I believe that Michael could've won without Scottie."

"You know Scottie, did some things during his time with Michael, especially during that last season together, he waited until the season was about to start to get surgery. I think Scottie felt hurt by the Last Dance for the way he was pictured in it," Oakley added.
