BILBAO (Spain) - The Basketball Champions League Quarter-Finals pairings were confirmed during a draw on Friday at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain.
Amongst those in attendance were Bilbao City and Region officials, representatives of the Spanish Basketball Federation and the Spanish ACB League, and of all qualified teams.
They were joined by representatives of Surne Bilbao Basket club, including club president Isabel Iturbe and head coach Alex Mumbru. Both were on stage to assist with the Draw.
Draw for the Quarter-Finals
For the purposes of the Draw, the eight qualified clubs have been ranked according to their final position within their respective Round of 16 group and their place in the Draw was based on this ranking. The teams having finished 1st of their Round of 16 group were placed in Pot 1, and the teams having finished 2nd of their Round of 16 group were placed in Pot 2.
The Quarter-Finals will be played in a best-of-3 series and start on April 5. The seeded teams will play their first (and potential third) game at home, the unseeded teams will play their second game at home.The four winning clubs will qualify for the Final 4.The complete Quarter-Finals game schedule will be communicated next week.

The draw for the Semi-Finals was also performed. The four teams to advance from the Quarter-Finals will meet in Bilbao for the Final 4 on May 6-8, 2022.
