Arturas Gudaitis soon could make his return to Italy.

According to Sportando's Emiliano Carchia and Alessandro Maggi, Gudaitis is in advanced negotiations with GeVi Napoli. BasketNews sources confirmed such information.

Napoli24 first reported about Napoli's interest in Gudaitis.

Gudaitis started the season with Zenit St. Petersburg but came back to Lithuania after Russia started the war on Ukraine. He joined Zenit in the summer of 2020.

This season Gudaitis averaged 6.7 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 8.6 PIR in 17 EuroLeague games.

Gudaitis' first stint in Italy was from 2017 to 2020 when he played for AX Armani Exchange Milan.

Napoli (8-14) is trying to avoid relegation and currently sits in 14th place of Seria A. Napoli has only one more win than Fortitudo Bologna (7-15), which stands in 15th place. 15th and 16th placed teams will be relegated to Seria B at the end of the season.
