The Portland Trail Blazers signed guard Kris Dunn and big man Drew Eubanks for the remainder of the season under the NBA's hardship exception rule.
The Trail Blazers have nine players listed as out on their injury report for Sunday's road game against the San Antonio Spurs.
Dunn just finished his second 10-day contract with Portland. The 28-year-old is averaging 8.6 points, 5.4 assists and 3.1 rebounds in 11 games (one start) for the Trail Blazers.

Eubanks has completed four 10-day contracts with Portland. The 25-year-old is averaging 14.1 points and 8.7 rebounds in 18 games (all starts). He has been filling in at center for injured Nusuf Jurkic (foot).
