Both Durant and Redick said only good words about Antetokounmpo.
"Joel Embiid for sure. It's ridiculous what can he do," Durant said on Redick's podcast The Old Man & the Three. "I think Giannis is in that tier, too. Especially when he's making turnaround (jump shots) from the post. He made one last night."
Redick also praised the Bucks' superstar adding his constant motivation to compete.
"I'm glad you brought him up," Redick replied. "For a guy that people knock his skill because he doesn't shoot threes at a high clip or whatever. His mid-range field goal percentage literally has gone up every year."
"He's shooting at 42% this season. He was in low 30s at the beginning of his career. He's another guy who is mastering who he is. He's just on his way every year. The thing I like about him is you don't need to tell him to turn up.
Skill competition, All-Star Game. He goes 100 out of 100 every time. That is a skill," Redick said.
Antetokounmpo averages 29.9 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 5.8 in 65 games played this season.
