According to a report from James Ham of ESPN 1320, Kings guard Donte DiVincenzo and his representatives believe that the Sacramento Kings are trying to lower his market value in order to sign him to a more affordable price this offseason when he'll become a restricted free agent.

Since being acquired at the trade deadline, DiVincenzo has played 23 games for the Kings but started only one. Last season, DiVincenzo started 66 games for the Milwaukee Bucks and would have been eligible for a higher qualifying offer, around $7.9 million, if the Kings had started him at least seven times.

Ham added in his report that DiVincenzo is optimistic that he'll receive mid-level exception offers from other teams, while the Kings would prefer to keep him at a lower price.
