What makes me the rookie of the year is me being able to do so many things at such a high level".
"I believed I earned the respect of my teammates by coming in and being myself. I didn't try to force myself on anybody", Cunningham added during the interview. "I don't try to overstep anybody. Over time, people started to respect that and like the way that I stepped into my leadership role".
