After the NBA playoffs are finished, the French star and the Utah Jazz player Rudy Gobert will take his time to reflect and decide whether or not he will play in the EuroBasket 2022 with the Blues.

"I haven't made a decision for EuroBasket 2022," Gobert said to L'Equipe.

The NBA playoffs for Utah start on Saturday. The Jazz will play best-of-seven series against the Dallas Mavericks.

Gobert is one of the cornerstones of the Utah club, averaging 15.6 points, 14.7 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 2.1 blocks over 66 games this campaign.

The three-time NBA All-Star and Defensive Player of the Year has 4 major international basketball tournaments' medals on his resume.

He is a winner of bronze accolades in the 2014 and 2019 World Cups and EuroBasket 2015. Moreover, in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Gobert guided France to a silver reward, starting in all games and averaging 12.2 points and 9.3 rebounds.

France NTwill suit up for the EuroBasket 2022 without some notable players, likeNicolas BatumandNando De Colo. Though, Evan Fournier will be available for his national team ahead of the next international tournament.

The Blues were placed in the first stage of the EuroBasket in the Cologne group (Group B) along with Germany, Slovenia, Lithuania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Hungary.
