Following an emotional Play-In Tournament win against the Los Angeles Clippers, the Minnesota Timberwolves looked like they just won the championship. After missing out on the playoffs last year, the Timberwolves fans made sure the team knows about their support.

According to an official announcement from the Timberwolves PR team, due to overwhelming demand, the AXS ticketing system crashed. Tickets went up for sale at around 3 PM GMT yesterday, and the crash was reported several hours afterward.

The club then announced that the system was restored and tickets could be continued to be purchased through various means. The Timberwolves started selling tickets even to the end zone upper deck seats which were usually empty and covered up during the matches.

Led by 30 points from Anthony Edwards and 29 from D'Angelo Russell, Minnesota clinched the playoff spot with a 109-104 win against the Clippers two nights ago. They're not set to meet the #2 seed in the Western Conference, the Memphis Grizzlies. The first match of the series is set to take place tomorrow at 7:30 PM GMT.
