Yesterday marked the 30-year anniversary of Partizan NIS Belgrade celebrating their first and only European trophy - the 1992 win in the FIBA EuroLeague.

One of them - the most storied coach in European basketball history, Zeljko Obradovic.
"Everything is the same for me, gym, training, travel. I came back and I live in the most beautiful place in the world and of course, I work in the best club in the world," Obradovic said during the ceremony.
He then remembered those members of the 1992 team who are no longer with us and let the new guys of the team about the history of the club.
"What I want these new guys is to stay together for as long as possible to make some of my wishes come true," Obradovic told the people during the ceremony. "I know it's not easy with me, I get angry sometimes, but I trust them, I trust them with all my heart."

"Next week we start something important and I always tell them to never forget that they play in the best club in the world," Obradovic pointed out the upcoming EuroCup Round of 16 matchup against Frutti Extra Bursaspor.
The event at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Belgrade also had a humanitarian character as the income from the sale of tables and the charity auction went to the Partizan's foundation.
