Sasha Vezenkov put on another powerful performance on the court as Olympiacos Piraeus (20-1) comfortably beat Larisa Basket (9-10) in the Greek Basketball League 93-84 (20-25, 26-19, 29-14, 18-26).

The first quarter did not start on a good note for Olympiacos. The team that finished the EuroLeague's regular season in the 2nd place trailed the 10th-placed Larisa by 8 points (16-24) with just over a minute to play in the first quarter.

Larisa continued to pile the pressure on in the second quarter as well. With just under five minutes to play in the first half, Larisa led by 10 points (40-30) after Jalen Hudson hit a three-pointer.

It was all a mirage. Olympiacos quickly went on an 11-0 run to finish the first half leading by two points and never looked back. The Greek powerhouse finally showed its superiority in the third quarter with another huge run of 18-4 and the winner of the match was clear.
