Maccabi sustained the largest playoffs loss in the club's history, while Real got their biggest W this season and the third-biggest in the EuroLeague playoffs stage.

Powered by Sergio Llull, the Royal club was firing at all cylinders in the first quarter, scoring 35 points, including 6 triples, and collecting 47 PIR. The hosts were up by 9 (35-26) after the first tally.

The second quarter did not promise anything better for the Israeli champs. Vincent Poirier was dominating under the baskets, while Real, playing a free-flow basketball, arranged a 12-1 run and created a solid 20-point lead (54-34). Almost the same margin differed the squads at half-time (56-37).

Los Blancos did not release the gas pedal in the third as well. Pablo Laso's men opened up the second half with a mini 6-0 push to gain a 25-point advantage (62-37). Real continued to hold the game reins in their hands, never letting Maccabi think about the victory.

Vincent Poirier posted a double-double with 16 points (4/5 2PT, 8/11 FT), 10 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, 1 turnover, 2 blocks, and 31 PIR.

Sergio Llull accumulated 17 points (1/1 2PT, 5/9 3PT), 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 2 turnovers, and 18 PIR. Moreover, he hit his 545th 3-pointer and took 2nd place in threes made in Real Madrid's history in EuroLeague.

The Spanish veteran overtook Sergio Rodriguez (544), while Rudy Fernandez is first (546).

None of Maccabi's players were in double digits. Keenan Evans led the scoring race with 9 points (2/6 2PT, 1/3 3PT, 2/2 FT), 1 rebound, 2 assists, 2 steals, 2 turnovers, and 6 PIR.
