Siva talked to the official PAO's website about his expectations in Athens.

"I feel very good to belong to a great team like Panathinaikos. It is a club known all over the world with a great history in European basketball and amazing fans. The club has great players and I look forward to playing with them," said the American point guard.

The 31-year-old former ALBA Berlin player also recalled his conversations with the head coach Georgios Vovoras and Daryl Macon.

"I talked to coach Vovoras for quite some time. We had a very constructive discussion, where he explained my role and what he expects from me. I also called Daryl Macon.

I cannot wait to come to Greece and help Panathinaikos win another title," Siva stressed.

Finally, he sent a message to the passionate Panathinaikos fans.

"I know that PAO fans support their team in an impressive way. I can't wait to play in a crowded arena to get the supporters' energy. I want to tell them that I will do everything to help the team win this year's Greece championship."
