Mike James-led AS Monaco lost a Game 5 drama against Olympiacos Piraeus and ended their participation in the 2021-22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season.

The Roca Team lost the best-of-five series 2-3, while the Greek powerhouse will return to Final Four after a five-year break.

The game was highlighted not only by the outstanding basketball on the court but also by the visit of US superstars Kevin Durant and Emma Stone.

Moreover, the final scenes of the game reminded the best basketball atmosphere imaginable.

Even the Brooklyn Nets leader KD called it "The apocalypse" on his Twitter account.

"Bring a flare to an NBA game if you want and you might be in Rikers (jail in New York)," he also added regarding the crazy atmosphere at Peace and Friendship Stadium.

For his part, Durant's buddy, Mike James, did not spare good words for the whole Monaco team, which fought hard till the end.

"First off congrats to Olympiacos forgood series. Good luck in the F4," he wrote on social media.

"Second to my teammates, hell of a f*cking ride. Arguably, Top 4 best teams in EuroLeague second half of the season. Gang sh*t, AS Monaco," the 31-year-old guard finished.
