Andrea Trinchieri's squad secured home-court advantage for the 2022 German Bundesliga playoffs by winning a duel against Ratiopharm Ulm, 77-65 (19-19, 20-13, 20-20, 18-13), in front of 5,700 fans at sold-out Ulm Arena.

This means that Bayern will finish at least third in the German League standings going into the post-season, where Ulm are possible opponents in the first round.

Vladimir Lucic led the route for the Bavarians. The Serbian forward finished the duel with 17 points (5/6 2PT, 2/4 3PT, 1/1 FT), 7 rebounds, and 21 PIR.

"We bounced back as a team after a painful Game 5 in Barcelona," Trinchieri said post-game.

Bayern: Vladimir Lucic 17 (7 REB), Andreas Obst 12, Augustine Rubit 12, Deshaun Thomas 11 (9 REB), Nick Weiler-Babb 9.

Ulm: Semaj Christon 18 (6 AST), Sindarius Thornwell 17 (7 REB), Jaron Blossomgame 8 (9 REB).
